Partner program
Reseller, MSP and distributor tiers, and the four steps from application to selling.
Jeanette Kristiansen is Partner Success Manager at Logic Unknown ApS, the Danish software vendor behind AdminExplorer. Her focus is the companies that take Logic Unknown products to market: IT resellers and Microsoft CSP partners, managed service providers running many tenants, and value-added distributors.
Logic Unknown is built to be sold through partners. Partners own the customer relationship, and Logic Unknown supplies the product, licences and technical backing. As Partner Success Manager, Jeanette is the partner's contact on the Logic Unknown side of that relationship, from the first application to day-to-day selling.
A partnership moves through four steps. The partner applies, signs a partner agreement online in the partner portal, is onboarded with a portal invitation, a product briefing and evaluation licences, and then quotes, orders and renews through Logic Unknown. Jeanette guides partners through each step and makes sure the right engineer is involved when a deal or a customer needs technical depth.
For partners selling AdminExplorer, that means help with evaluation licences, pre-sales briefings and deal registrations in the partner portal, so a conversation about removing local admin rights in an Intune-managed estate can become a working deployment. AdminExplorer keeps users as standard users and elevates approved programs with an audit trail, which gives partners a concrete outcome to offer their customers.
If you are a reseller, MSP or distributor looking at the partner program, Jeanette is a good place to start.
